Return eligibility

Because every item at Bookstore to Love and Share is personalized and made to order, personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started—this includes cases where the buyer entered a name incorrectly at checkout.

Non-personalized items (if any are offered) are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

How to request a return

1. Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including the return address.
4. Ship the item back in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds and shipping

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exceptions and damaged items

We will replace or refund an item—including personalized ones—if:

• It arrives damaged or defective
• The personalization does not match what you submitted at checkout
• You received the wrong product

To report one of these issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and a description of the problem. We are not able to offer exceptions for buyer's remorse, sizing preferences, or a personalization that was entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout.
